Action week against Escadas furtrade: 10th-16th of Mai 2010
Action days against the selling of fur at Escada. The Escada-Campaign again calls for action-days against the furtrade of the fashion company Escada from 10th to 16th of Mai 2010. On this occasion it is an especially important matter for us to point out that at present there is a trial going on against 13 animal welfarists and animal rights activists in Austria. Besides other animal abusing enterprises Escada is interested in getting rid of the protesting by criminalizing animal rights work in general. Escada supports the public prosecutor´s office actively, for example through testimonies in the trial. For this reason these action days are meant to be the demand for an end to the selling of fur, as well as a response to Escada´s repressive handling of the protests. This campaign is only to end, when Escada stops selling any kind of real fur products. Therefore participate stridently and creatively in order to make the action days a big success.
Please do remember this date and take part in the protesting, organize demonstrations in front of your local stores and show Escada what you think about their corporate policy.
